Fiers Mechanika Kft. was founded in 1980, it is 100% Hungarian owned and it’s located in western part of Hungary. Our company’s main activities are: development and manufacturing of tools and precision parts. We put a great emphasis on the modernisation of our machinery and on the usage of the latest technics and technologies. Our business focus in the precision to solve special manufacturing tasks and to satisfy our customers needs at the highest level. Quality assurance is seen as a key component of production development, production preparation, and manufacturing process, and due to this the quality control labs are equipped with modern measuring equipments. Fiers Mechanika Kft. is working in machinery industry, healthcare industry, tobacco industry, energy industry and plastic injection moulding industry.
Relevance to the space industry
Fiers Mechanika Kft. has a modern, annually renewed machinery, several machining equipment is unique in the country.
In our short- and medium-term strategy includes the use of the state-of-the-art machinery to gain a role as a stable manufacturer in the highly developed aerospace hardware production in Hungary.
We are currently manufacturing parts for a well-known Hungarian aerospace company.
The aim is to be able to successfully participate in European Space Agency (ESA)-projects independently.
In 2020, we joined to Aerospace Industry Cluster HUNSPACE. In 2023, we succesfully participated in a training tender announced by KKM.
With the help of this tender we were able to participate in technology and business consulting in the framework of hundreds of hours of training.
Succes stories
Achived Results
- Hungarian state-funded R&D-tender in progress. During several months of research and development, we produced prototypes and we have gained experience in the manufacturing of thin-walled parts.
- Manufacturing of Satellite Copernicus CO2M, carbon dioxide monitoring satellite (The partial tasks of the project completed according to schedule)
- Successful participation in the tender KKM_GINOP-1.3.7-19-2020-00001
